Helpful and friendly staff
I recently stayed at the Wyndham Berlin Excelsior and I must say that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had an issue with the temperature control in my room and when I brought it to their attention, they quickly resolved it. They were also very efficient during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth process. I had a pleasant experience with the staff at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel based on their excellent service.

The hotel was in a central setting to Frank's restaurant. The rooms were newly remodelled, spotless, came with a crappy shower, 2 single bed, a balcony. Have stayed here many times and would like to go back here again.

The location is very central. The Nahe subway runs in all directions. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The staff is friendly. The check-in is very fast. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning is perfect. I hadn't used breakfast.
Early check-in is not possible. . The bathroom is very narrow.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, with a wide variety of options and the staff were happy to make whatever you wanted. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, close to the train station and within walking distance of many restaurants. This made it easy to explore the city and find places to eat.
The rooms were quite small and not very clean. The walls were very thin, so we could hear our neighbors and people walking above us.

Location's top. Only a few minutes walk from Kudamm and Gedächtniskirche. Cheap multi-storey car park just around the corner in Fasaneriestrasse.
I'm afraid we're very worn out. Don't sit next to the kitchen entrance! Unpleasant smells from the industry - dishwasher.

Besides, the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. Everyone from the staff was amicable. Truly enjoyed our rooms with a double bed.
